The market.
As Chef's Origin scaled, the team needed to bring every operation under one roof through a centralized internal software. The goal: unify production, sales, and day-to-day operations in a single tool, fully connected to the mobile app.
The product challenge.
The brief was a piece of software that could run the whole business, from farm-floor production to order management and customer relationships. The challenge: centralize data, smooth out internal processes, and let each team work autonomously and effectively.
The architecture.
We designed the software around purpose-built modules. A production area tracks farm activity in real time. A commercial section centralizes orders, customers and prospects. The whole stack connects to the mobile app for a seamless flow across touchpoints. Chef's Origin can now run its operations in-house, gain efficiency, and own its digital footprint.
